Day # 96
Thank God for strength today, and for patience. Also, was able to watch Inception with Mx today :)
Day # 95 (14/08/10 Saturday)
Everything was ok up until after city cell. We wanted to go for ice skating since we missed the impact one on Friday night. So being the enthusiastic me, I volunteered to drive. Of course I expected the drive to be short and easy. Didn't know there were road works, didn't know footy was on and there were SO MANY people on the streets AND so many cars on the road. It took us awhile to get to somewhere close to Docklands. Topped with all the shoutings and "advices" in the car, I couldn't be more stressed. I was literally at the verge of crying but I couldn't, because 1. there were other people in the car, 2. I needed a clear vision to drive, 3. I had to concentrate first, and 4. I believe I'm not that bad a driver (I'm just a learner k. some people drive worse than me lols jks). And by the time we reached our destination, everyone including myself, were not in the mood to skate anymore (also because it was a bit late already, like 10pm). So we had a drink at one of the restaurants and headed home after. Such drama. I was still not very happy at that time. Then before I sleep, I remembered taking video during our city cell ice breaker and so decided to watch it. I LOL-ed. The city cellers are so funny. Love them :) ... and my mood instantly switched from being unhappy to happy :) Thank God for that.

Day # 94 (13/08/10 Friday)
Chilli India, Cho Gao, Party World for awhile, and Es's place. Had such an awesome time despite Friday the 13th. I believe my God is greater than a "bad luck" day. For ["No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgement you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me," says the Lord.] Isaiah 54:17 nkjv
On another note,
Love this little boy
:)

I want a pet dog too please.

Day # 93
Today, I thank God for yummy food. Went to Laksa King @ Flemington with sis for dinner just now. Laksa King is famous for its curry laksa but I've never really tried it until today! Every time we go there, I'd order Assam Laksa, Tom Yum seafood, or some other rice dishes (they are all good!). So today I decided to go for Chicken Curry Laksa. Mannn, it was so goooddd. Yummm.

Day # 92
Today I thank God that despite all the clickings (refer to today's post titled "Because I decided" on Precious Moments), I managed to study Financial Reporting up to where I targeted even though I probably took longer than usual xD
Also, thank God for all the clickings. If not for them, I wouldn't click into Joel Osteen Ministries' daily note on fb and read this:
The Fruit of Our Words
by Joel Osteen Ministries on Friday, August 6, 2010 at 1:17am
Today’s Verse: “I create the fruit of the lips…” (Isaiah 57:19, KJV).
Today’s Word:
Did you know that your words are like seeds? They have creative power. In the future, we will eat the fruit of our words. That means our words are going to produce exactly what we’re saying.
That’s why it’s so important to make positive declarations over our lives every single day. We should say things like “I am blessed. I am prosperous. I am healthy. I am talented. I am creative. I am wise.” When we do this, we are standing in agreement with God’s Word. We are sowing good seed. We are preparing our future for when we arrive.
Today, make sure you are sowing good seed with your words. Speak God’s Word which is truth that will set you free. Let His Word fill your heart and mind and direct your mouth with what to say. Set yourself up for success in your future and pave the way for victory with your words today!
Prayer for Today: Father God, thank You for Your Word which is truth that sets me free. Help me to guard my words and sow good seed into my future. I choose to hide Your Word in my heart. Keep me close to You and direct my steps. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Day # 91
A sms conversation between me and someone I did not know, who has the same name as someone I barely knew (both are from Hosanna church and Korean), pre-ended with me texting:
"Haha yes yes all the best! God will make a way! :) i like it here too Haha"
God will make a way.
What a perfect reminder
and I thank God for that.

Day # 90
Driving lesson was cancelled, which was good in a way as I didn't have to spend that amount of money this week! hehe..
The weather was so good just now. Sunny and all :) I went to the park nearby when I came home from uni just now. Listened to songs on my new iPod while basking in the awesome sunshine. Felt like all my frustrations and worries and stresses disappeared at that moment. Although only for awhile, I still thank God. :)

Especially the juggling session and guitar/ukulele session after ;)

Day # 87 (06/08/10 Friday)
We had dinner at Peko Peko. It's jap/taiwanese fusion. I had a chilli chicken peko box. mmm not bad ;) Then we went to play pool. I barely "goaled", but it was fun nonetheless. Also learned some new techniques hehe. Then we headed back to the city and bummed at GYT's place. Watched "The Last Song" til 1.30am. My latest night ever... sort of. The movie was awesomeeeee!! I teared, and used 4 pieces of tissues D; Love the movie, but love the novel more! Go read the book people (if there's anyone else reading this blog besides my sis lol)! It's by Nicholas Sparks :) Great author. And had a lift home after :)
For all of the above, I thank God.
On a side note, I thank God for helping me study for CPA once again! :)

Day # 86
I thank God for the below:
I've been searching for my TFN letter high and low the whole day today. Ok, maybe not the whole day.. but even when I was not searching, it was constantly on my mind. So when I was taking shower just now, I tried figuring out where I'd put such stuffs. From what I remember, the last time I took it out was earlier this year for Hostplus details. That time it was still in the envelope, so I decided to keep it in a file. A file where I kept most of my important stuffs. Why it didn't come across my mind to search more thoroughly when I went through that file during the day, I do not know. What I know, is this:
"Luke 15:3-5 He told them this parable. "Which of you men, if you had one hundred sheep, and lost one of them, wouldn’t leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one that was lost, until he found it? When he has found it, he carries it on his shoulders, rejoicing."
That, is exactly what I'm feeling now. lol that TFN letter is like my "lost sheep". Even though I had other alternatives (actually I already knew my TFN by checking the Hostplus details), I still wanted to look for that piece of paper. Now that I've found it, I am rejoicing. My sky is blue. lol
On another note, I thank God for an awesome sister. She bought me an ipod ^^ I love being the youngest at home. I am so pampered blessed. :)

Day # 84
I thought the award ceremony would be another boring one until I heard a quote from the guest speaker, Elizabeth Smolinska:
Now, that is something! Glad to know that I listened during the speech. lol... So if I want to achieve something great in life, I have to be enthusiastic when doing that particular thing. No wonder I haven't achieved anything great thus far. Not really. I love driving, and I think I'm doing great! xD Anyway, I thank God for the yummy light refreshments after the ceremony. Teehee ^^
